Delivery

Delivery anywhere in mainland UK is free. Additional charges apply for delivery outside of mainland UK. Contact me for details. There is an additional charge for Saturday delivery, but I am happy to arrange this for you. Maximum additional charges for other than normal UK mainland delivery are estimated below. These charges may be reduced depending on the size and weight of your order.

Items will usually be dispatched within 2 working days using my regular courier service and normally will require a signature upon receipt. I will email an estimation of when to expect delivery once sent and a tracking number.

Please Note: I would appreciate you putting your telephone number on the PayPal checkout form if possible. This is required for me to be able to book a courier and will not be used for any other purposes.

Pick-up in person by appointment if preferred.

In the unlikely event of your artwork being damaged during transit, all packaging must be retained in case the goods need inspecting with the packaging. If the packaging is not kept this could invalidate any insurance claim. A photograph of the damage and packaging may also be required.
